I’m glad that you decided for the Ferienhaus-Muenster.
The contract for accommodation will be negotiated directly between the guest and Mr. Uwe Henkelmann, Ferienhaus Muenster.
To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to read the following terms of contract carefully, since with regards to content they will be part of the contract for accommodation.
1. Signing of contract

• When booking - written, by phone or personally – you offer me the mandatory conclusion of a contract for accommodation
• The affirmation of the booking closes the contract for accommodation for the Ferienhaus Muenster between you and me.

2. Services / Prices

• Prices are final prices, not included are variable additional charges.
• The stated prices and services are valid for the particular calendar year and result from the particular affirmation of booking in connection with the particular valid prospect (www.Ferienhaus-Muenster.de).
• Check-In from 2:00 pm, check-out until 10:00 am or by appointment

3. Payment

• The full rental price for accommodation has to be paid by arrival in cash. (please see your affirmation of booking for a deposit)
• Bookings on short notice oblige to pay the full price immediately

4. Cancellation

• You can resign from a reservation at any time. The cancellation has to be declared in written form.
• If you resign from contract, the claim of the landlord for payment of the agreed price for accommodation including the additional charges persists. The landlord has to take into account saved expenditures and an ulterior use of the accommodation.
• I have decided to charge only the following flat charges for a cancellation – by point of time of cancellation, in percent of the total price for accommodation and additional charges. Decisive for the point of time of cancellation is the time when I receive the cancellation.
  Until the 45th day before start of accommodation: 10% of the price of accommodation
  Until the 30th day before start of accommodation: 25% of the price of accommodation
  Until the 22nd day before start of accommodation: 50% of the price of accommodation
  After this 80% of the price of accommodation
• We recommend to sign a cancellation insurance.
• In case of sale of the holiday home the contract ends automatically. I commit to inform the tenant at least 60 days before start of accommodation. We will try to find another accommodation in time, but the tenant has no claim for compensation.

5. Liability

• The contractual liability for damages to property, that are not intentionally or grossly negligent caused by the landlord or his assistants, is limited to the triple price for accommodation.
• A liability for valuables is generally excluded.

6. Complaint

• If you have any reason to complain despite careful preparation, please address the landlord immediately. I will try to find a remedy without delay.
• Later complaints can’t be accepted.

7. Liability of the guest

• I hope and wish that you and all following guests feel comfortable.
• Therefore it is absolutely necessary that any guest handles the equipment carefully. I have the right to demand a deposit on arrival which is paid back on departure if there are no claims. If the originated damage to property is higher than the deposit, the guest commits by signing the contract of accommodation to pay the damage.
• Please inform the landlord immediately about all damages and defects.

8. Court of jurisdiction, Others

• If one of the terms above should be or becomes invalid, the other terms stay valid.
  The validity of the contract is unaffected.
• The court of jurisdiction is Muenster.
• All statements are composed by best knowledge and conscience, but without guarantee.
